Copper Creek Boers and White House Goats are planning the biggest Red, White & Boer weekend to date. We are hosting 3 ABGA open shows. Two shows will be held on Saturday and one on Sunday. We have hired judges known for speed and have room for over 200 goats. Our plans include the traditional Friday night goat BBQ dinner for those early arrivers plus a goat chili cook off contest, which we can judge, then eat! We will have our great silent auction and raffle filled with items like does, free breedings to one of the Northwest great bucks, and maybe a kidding box or two. Winners to be determined on Sunday.

Speaking of Sunday, June 29, that will be the special day for the Youth Show! This year will be bigger and better than ever. The youth show will again be hosted by the Cascade Boer Goat Association.

• The CBGA will be giving out over $2,000 in cash and prizes.
• The youth show will have their own ring and their own judge.
• Joe Teel, from Oklahoma, is the judge; he raises market goats and his kids compete in 4-H with market goats. We're glad to have his expertise for our youth show judge.
• We are having three divisions of market classes, with at least 11 weight classes. There will be room for everyone, with many, many winners.
• Free Showmanship classes for ages preschool to 19 with prizes.
• The poster contest was terrific last year and we are having it again this year. There is a coloring contest for the peewees and drawing contest for the novice aged kids.

Come join us for the whole weekend. The youth are welcome to show in the open show, but sorry, no adults in the youth show!
