By submitting the consignment form, you agree that you have read the sale information sheet and are aware of the terms of the sale. You are also certifying that all goats consigned to the sale originated in the USA, and that they are owned by you and you have full right to sell them. Consignors agree that any liens upon the goats consigned will be fully satisfied and agree to indemnify, hold blameless, and defend the CBGA, its officers, and members from any claims on account of the sale of the goats.
